1. LET'S PLAY NIM

In the window below there are five groups; there is one object in the first, two in the second, and so on until the fifth where there are five objects. You are going to play against the computer according to the following rules:

You can only take objects away from one group at a time (whichever one you want).

You can take away as many objects as you want (or can).

The winner is the player who takes away the last object (or objects from the same group). 

Use the red and blue buttons in the lower part of the window to help you choose the group you want and the number of objects you want to take away. Then, click on the animate button to let the  computer play. Your moves appear in pink and the computer's in blue.
